1. Overview

LapWatch is an iPhone stopwatch app. It provides stopwatch timing, lap recording, session history, CSV export, saved video playback, shared recording import and export, and optional Premium subscription features. The app may also display advertising provided by Google AdMob.

2. Information processed by the app

LapWatch stores the following information locally on the device:

• Stopwatch session history
• Lap times
• Session names edited by the user
• Saved video recordings captured in camera mode
• Metadata associated with saved videos, including lap information and playback positioning data
• Shared recording packages imported into the app
• App language preference and certain local app settings

This information is stored locally to provide app functionality. LapWatch does not currently operate a developer-managed backend service, so this data is not transmitted by LapWatch to the developer's own servers.

3. Camera and photo library access

LapWatch may request access to the device camera in order to let users record videos while measuring laps in camera mode.

LapWatch may also request permission to add videos to the Photos app when a user explicitly chooses to export a saved video to the device photo library.

Camera recordings and exported media are initiated by user action. LapWatch does not upload captured videos to the developer's own servers.

4. Premium subscriptions

LapWatch offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions for Premium plans. Premium features may include ad removal, higher or unlimited saved-video limits, and exporting saved videos to the Photos app.

Subscription payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. The developer does not directly collect or store your payment card information.

5. Advertising and third-party services

LapWatch may use Google AdMob to display ads. When ads are shown, Google and its partners may collect or receive information from your device or app activity for purposes such as:

• Serving and rendering ads
• Ad measurement and performance reporting
• Fraud prevention, abuse prevention, and security
• Personalization or limiting personalization, depending on applicable settings, consent status, and regional requirements

Depending on advertising configuration, applicable law, and device settings, data processed by Google may include items such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, device and app information, diagnostic information, app interaction information related to ads, and approximate location derived from IP address or other signals.

6. Consent and privacy choices

If required by applicable law or platform requirements, LapWatch may present privacy or consent choices related to advertising. Availability and scope of such choices may depend on your country or region.

7. Data sharing

LapWatch allows users to export and share app-generated recording packages. These packages may contain a video file together with lap and playback-related metadata. Sharing is performed only when initiated by the user.

LapWatch does not sell personal information directly. However, information may be processed by Google AdMob and its partners as described above when ads are displayed.

8. Data retention

Session history, saved videos, and imported shared recordings remain on the device until the user deletes them or removes the app.

9. Children's privacy

LapWatch is not intended specifically for children. If you plan to distribute the app as directed to children, additional configuration and policy review will be required before release.

10. Changes

This policy may be updated from time to time. The latest version should be published at the privacy policy URL associated with the app.

4. プレミアムサブスクリプション

LapWatch は、任意で加入できる自動更新サブスクリプション型のプレミアムプランを提供します。プレミアムでは、広告の非表示、保存できる動画本数の上限解除、保存動画の写真アプリへの書き出しなどの機能を利用できます。

サブスクリプションの決済は Apple により App Store を通じて処理されます。開発者がユーザーのクレジットカード情報や決済情報を直接取得または保存することはありません。

5. 広告および第三者サービス

LapWatch では、アプリ内広告表示のために Google AdMob を利用する場合があります。広告が表示される際、Google およびそのパートナーは、以下の目的でユーザーの端末やアプリ利用情報を収集または受領することがあります。
